Process principle

♦ Mixing: The dosing device automatically measures the dosing, the liquid-liquid pipeline mixer is mixed in multiple stages, and is strengthened by the water purifier.

♦ Flocculation: The use of contact flocculation technology and related equipment can improve the flocculation gradient, form a dense floc, and lay a solid foundation for precipitation.

♦ Sedimentation: Using the principle of shallow sedimentation, a high-efficiency inclined tube is set, and a contact flocculation section is set at the bottom.

♦ Filtration: High-precision filter head filter plate, homogeneous filter material, strong dirt holding capacity and good effluent quality.

♦ Backwashing: using a small resistance water distribution system, optional gravity automatic backwashing and air-water combined backwashing, uniform water and air distribution, and low water consumption for backwashing.

The effect is good.

u Mud discharge: The use of multi-bucket gravity to quickly open the mud, high concentration of mud, and save water.
